What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase for any reason.

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

What are my refund options?

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit or gift card
  • A replacement product
  • An exchange

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Instructions

CANCELLATIONS: We provide 30 days from the date of invoice to cancel sale and return product for refund. All returns returned for refund are considered cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping concessions.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS: Items listed NEW have 365 days warranty. Items listed USED have 180 days warranty. Items under warranty will be replaced at the expense of seller. To qualify for full refund for returning defective item, buyer must submit statement from certified technician describing problem with our item. If buyer fails to submit statement from certified technician describing problem with our item, a 20% restocking fee and shipping concessions will apply to the refund/credit.

RETURN OF ITEMS IN DIFFERENT CONDITION: Returns of items with different serial number or items without original packaging will be subject to investigation. Seller will notify buyer about receipt of item in different condition and request correct item before refund is issued.

DAMAGED ITEM RETURNS: Buyer must inspect all packages when received. If buyer receives a package that appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, buyer must notify seller about the incident. The incident will be documented and the buyer will receive free return label with instructions for full refund or replacement. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later subjecting seller to a business loss. Accordingly, without the incident documentation, we will not be able to issue refund.

WRONG ITEM RETURNS/WRONG WEBSITE DESCRIPTION: Buyers must notify seller within 5 working days about receipt of wrong item. Seller will not honor any such claim reported after 5 working days days. If seller finds that correct item was listed and shipped to the buyer, a 20% restocking fee and shipping concessions will apply to the refund/credit.
